Dr. Kwame Nkrumah dreamed of a united, free Africa. I cringe to think what he would think of what we have become. Read his 1963 speech to the OAU in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia./span/spandivbr //divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family:Arial;font-size:12px;"I am happy to be here in Addis Ababa on this most historic occasion. I bring with me the hopes and fraternal greetings of the government and people of Ghana. Our objective is African union now. There is no time to waste. We must unite now or perish. I am confident that by our concerned effort and determination, we shall lay here the foundations for a continental Union of African States. br /br /A whole continent has imposed a mandate upon us to lay the foundation of our union at this conference. It is our responsibility to execute this mandate by creating here and now, the formula upon which the requisite superstructure may be erected. br /br /On this continent, it has not taken us long to discover that the struggle against colonialism does not end with the attainment of national independence. br /br /Independence is only the prelude to a new and more involved struggle for the right to conduct our own economic and social affairs; to construct our society according to our aspirations, unhampered by crushing and humiliating neo-colonial controls and interference. br /br /From the start, we have been threatened with frustration where rapid change is imperative and with instability where sustained effort and ordered rule are indispensable. No sporadic act or pious resolution can resolve our present problems. Nothing will be of avail, except the united act of a united Africa. br /br /Unite or sink br /br /We have already reached the stage where we must unite or sink into that condition which has made Latin America the unwilling and distressed prey of imperialism after one-and-a-half centuries of political independence. br /br /As a continent, we have emerged into independence in a different age, with imperialism grown stronger, more ruthless and experienced, and more dangerous in its international associations. Our economic advancement demands the end of colonialist and neo-colonialist domination in Africa. br /br /But just as we understood that the shaping of our national destinies required of each of us our political independence and bent all our strength to its attainment, so we must recognise that our economic independence resides in our African union and requires the same concentration upon the political achievement. The unity of our continent, no less than our separate independence, will be delayed if, indeed we do not lose it, by hobnobbing with colonialism. br /br /African unity, is above all, a political kingdom which can only be gained by political means. The social and economic development of Africa will come only within the political kingdom, not the other way round. Is it not unity alone that can weld us into an effective force, capable of creating our own progress and making our valuable contribution to world peace? Which independent African state, which of you here, will claim that its financial structure and banking institutions are fully harnessed to its national development? Which will claim that its material resources and human energies are available for its own aspirations? Which will disclaim a substantial measure of disappointment and disillusionment in its agricultural and urban development? br /br /In independent Africa, we are already re-experiencing the instability and frustration which existed under colonial rule. We are fast learning that political independence is not enough to rid us of the consequences of colonial rule. The movement of the masses of the people of Africa for freedom from that kind of rule was not only a revolt against the conditions which it imposed. Our people supported us in our fight for independence because they believed that African governments could cure the ills of the past in a way which could never be accomplished under colonial rule. br /br /If, therefore, now that we are independent we allow the same conditions to exist that existed in colonial days, all the resentment which overthrew colonialism will be mobilised against us. br /br /The resources are there. It is for us to marshal them in the active service of our people. Unless we do this by our concerned efforts, within the framework of our combined planning, we shall not progress at the tempo demanded by today's events and the mood of our people. The symptoms of our troubles will grow, and the troubles themselves become chronic. It will then be too late even for pan-African unity to secure for us stability and tranquillity in our labours for a continent of social justice and material well-being. br /br /Our continent certainly exceeds all the others in potential hydroelectric power, which some experts assess as 42% of the world's total. What need is there for us to remain hewers of wood and drawers of water for the industrialised areas of the world? br /br /It is said, of course, that we have no capital, no industrial skill, no communications and no internal markets, and that we cannot even agree among ourselves how best to utilise our resources for our own social needs. Yet all stock exchanges in the world are pre-occupied with Africa's gold, diamonds, uranium, platinum, copper and iron ore. br /br /Our capital flows out in streams to irrigate the whole system of Western economy. Fifty-two per cent of the gold in Fort Knox at this moment, where the USA stores its bullion, is believed to have originated from our shores. br /br /Africa provides more than 60% of the world's gold. A great deal of the uranium for nuclear power, of copper for electronics, of titanium for supersonic projectiles, of iron and steel for heavy industries, of other minerals and raw materials for higher industries--the basic economic might of the foreign powers--come from our continent. br /br /Experts have estimated that the Congo Basin alone can produce enough food crops to satisfy the requirements of nearly half the population of the whole world, and here we sit talking about regionalism, talking about gradualism, talking about step by step. Are you afraid to tackle the bull by the horn? /spanbr //divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family:Arial;font-size:12px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family:Arial;font-size:12px;"For centuries, Africa has been the milch cow of the Western world. Was it not our continent that helped the Western world to build up its accumulated wealth? We have the resources. It was colonialism in the first place that prevented us from accumulating the effective capital; but we ourselves have failed to make full use of our power in independence to mobilise our resources for the most effective take-off into thorough-going economic and social development. br /br /We have been too busy nursing our separate states to understand fully the basic need of our union, rooted in common purpose, common planning and common endeavour. A union that ignores the fundamental necessities will be but a sham. It is only by uniting our productive capacity and the resultant production that we can amass capital. And once we start, the momentum will increase. With capital controlled by our own banks, harnessed to our own true industrial and agricultural development, we shall make our advance. br /br /We shall accumulate machinery and establish steel works, iron foundries and factories; we shall link the various states of our continent with communications by land, sea and air. We shall cable from one place to another, phone from one place to the other and around the world with our hydroelectric power; we shall drain marshes and swamps, clear infested areas, feed the under-nourished, and rid our people of parasites and disease. br /br /What are the games of independence? br /br /It is within the possibility of science and technology to make even the Sahara bloom into a vast field with verdant vegetation for agricultural and industrial developments. We shall harness radio, television, giant printing presses to lift our people from the dark recesses of illiteracy. br /br /A decade ago, these would have been visionary words, the fantasies of an idle dreamer. But this is the age in which science has transcended the limits of the material world, and technology has invaded the silences of nature. br /br /Time and space have been reduced to unimportant abstractions. Giant machines make roads, clear forests, dig dams, lay out aerodromes; monster trucks and planes distribute goods, huge laboratories manufacture drugs; complicated geological surveys are made; mighty power stations are built; colossal factories erected--all at an incredible speed. The world is no longer moving through bush paths or on camels and donkeys. br /br /We cannot afford to pace our needs, our development, our security, to the gait of camels and donkeys. We cannot afford not to cut down the overgrown bush of outmoded attitudes that obstruct our path to the modern open road of the widest and earlier achievement of economic independence and the raising up of the lives of our people to the highest level. br /br /Even for other continents lacking the resources of Africa, this is the age that sees the end of human want. For us, it is a simple matter of grasping with certainty our heritage by using the political might of unity. All we need to do is to develop with our united strength the enormous resources of our continent. br /br /What use to the farmer is education and mechanisation, what use is even capital for development, unless we can ensure for him a fair price and a ready market? What has the peasant, worker and farmer gained from political independence unless we can ensure for him a fair return for his labour and a higher standard of living? br /br /Unless we can establish great industrial complexes in Africa, what have the urban worker, and those peasants on overcrowded land gained from political independence? If they are to remain unemployed or in unskilled occupation, what will avail them the better facilities for education, technical training, energy and ambition which independence enables us to provide? br /br /There is hardly any African state without a frontier problem with its adjacent neighbours. It would be futile for me to enumerate them because they are already so familiar to us all. But let me suggest that this fatal relic of colonialism will drive us to war against one another as our unplanned and uncoordinated industrial development expands, just as happened in Europe? br /br /Unless we succeed in arresting the danger through mutual understanding on fundamental issues and through African unity, which will render existing boundaries obsolete and superfluous, we shall have fought in vain for independence. br /br /Only African unity can heal this festering sore of boundary disputes between our various states. The remedy for these ills is ready in our hands. It stares us in the face at every customs barrier, it shouts to us from every African heath. By creating a true political union of all the independent states of Africa, with executive powers for political direction, we can tackle hopefully every emergency and every complexity. br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family:Arial;font-size:12px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(102, 102, 102); font-family:Arial;font-size:12px;"This is because we have emerged in the age of science and technology in which poverty, ignorance and disease are no longer the masters, but the retreating foes of mankind. br /br /Above all, we have emerged at a time when a continental landmass like Africa with its population approaching 300 million are necessary to the economic capitalisation and profitability of modern productive methods and techniques. br /br /Not one of us working singly and individually can successfully attain the fullest development. Certainly, in the circumstances, it will not be possible to give adequate assistance to sister states trying, against the most difficult conditions, to improve their economic and social structures. Only a united Africa functioning under a union government can forcefully mobilise the material and moral resources of our separate countries and apply them efficiently and energetically to bring a rapid change in the conditions of our people. br /br /Unite we must. Without necessarily sacrificing our sovereignties, big or small, we can here and now forge a political union based on defence, foreign affairs and diplomacy, and a common citizenship, an African currency, an African monetary zone and an African central bank. We must unite in order to achieve the full liberation of our continent. We need a common defence system with African high command to ensure the stability and security...br //span/divdiv class="blogger-post-footer"img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5520998225063967110-1632341000952287872?l=oranabutterfly.blogspot.com'//div

Like a naughty girl pulling her skirt up in public
Found this joke in The Daily Dispatch:br /br /A businessman met a beautiful girl and agreed to spend the afternoon with her for $500. They did their thing and before he left, he told her that he did not have any cash with him, but hewould have his secretary write a cheque and mail it to her, calling the payment 'rent for apartment'br /br /On the way to the office, he regretted what he'd done, realizing it had not been worth the price. So he had his secretary send a cheque for $250 and enclose the following typed note:br /"Dear Madam,br /Enclosed findthe cheque for $250 for rent of your apartment. I am not sending the amount agreed upon because when I rented the place, I was under the impression that:br /1. it had never been occupied,br /2. there was plenty of heat,br /3. it was small enough to make me feel cosy and at home.br /br /However, I found that it had been previously occupied, that there wasn't any heat, and that it was entirely too large."br /br /Upon receiving the note the girl immediately returned the cheque for $250 with the following note:br /"Dear Sir,br /First, I cannot understand how you could expect a beautiful apartment to remain unoccupied indefinitely.br /As for the heat, there's plenty of it if you know how to turn it on.br /Regarding the apace, the apartment is indeed regular size; but if you dot have enough furniture to fill it, please do not blame the management.br /Please send the rent in full or we will be forced to contact your present landlady."br /br /Classic!br /br /br /Love,br /Chrysbr /xoxobr /div class="blogger-post-footer"img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5520998225063967110-569462385786471404?l=oranabutterfly.blogspot.com'//div

Seriously now. I'm convinced that Mother Nature is trying to kill the Human species. Was looking through BBC online and imagine my surprise to find out that a second person has died from the Pneumonic Plague in China. WTF!divbr //divdivApparently, it can kill within 24 hours and can be spread between humans, whereas the Bubonic Plague that killed millions in Europe during the Middle Ages, is transmitted from flea bites or contact with infected animals. This is scary stuff.../divdivbr //divdivThe good news is that the WHO authorities have successfully gotten the situation under control and business is back to normal, with schools and offices open./divdivbr //divdivRead the article a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/8180816.stm"here/a./divdivbr //divdivLove,/divdivChrys/divdivxoxo/divdivbr //divdivP.S.- In case you were wondering, symptoms include headaches, fever and shortness of breath - usually flu symptoms [read the title of this post..]/divdiv class="blogger-post-footer"img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5520998225063967110-671730653750357483?l=oranabutterfly.blogspot.com'//div

span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"I went to a lovely wedding this weekend and everything was wonderful - as expected - except this time, I was constantly being asked when I was getting married. It was strange because usually, I quite enjoy watching others dodge such questions. I don't think I need to say its different when its your head on the chopping block:-)/span/spandivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"br //span/span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms';"span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"For the past couple of weeks, I've been asking a number of people what is the practical reason for marriage. And trust me I've heard all sorts of answers, many of them revolving around the fact that its either a) the natural progression of a relationship or b) its the christian thing to do (yes, those were the 2 most common answers)./span/span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms'; font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms'; font-size: 13px;"My reasoning is centered around the fact that in times gone past, marriage acted as a form of security for one (or both) parties. But what happens when security can no longer be found in a marriage contract, or rather what does one do when a marriage actually places an individual in a position of weakness?/span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms'; font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'trebuchet ms'; font-size: 13px;"I mean, even if we're to talk about commitment. I've had all kinds of relationships... Friends, lovers, relatives... and I strive to give my all in most - if not all situations. However, the usual consequence is that my kindness and selflessness gets taken for granted. br /br /Who takes care of you when you're busy taking care of somebody else? ...especially when that somebody else doesn't take good enough care of you? How many of you have heard the news? Usher and his wife is less than 2 years, Tameka Foster Raymond (his 'older' woman) are getting a divorce. After Usher's mother refusing to show at their wedding (and their insistence that this is span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"real/span love), after having 2 kids in quick succession (the woman wastes no time kraaaa!), and after Tameka nearly dies during a secret (even from her husband) liposuction, I think the couple have decided that the odds have not been stacked in their favour and are going their separate ways./spandivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"Well, that was more diplomatic than the gossip websites are reporting it. Apparently, Usher is the fed-up partner and is the one that filed for divorce in Atlanta on Friday./span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"I don't know about anybody else, but divorce is the one experience that I still haven't reconciled with, accepted the fact that it might happen to me and accept that the grown-up way to deal with such a situation is to be a... well, grown-up./span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"... 20 minutes amp; 3 music videos later.../span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"Okay, I've done some serious (rational) thinking and this is my take on things: if you love someone enough to get married to them, then surely you should love them enough to remain friends after a divorce. Of course, this is provided that your partner did not behave like an ass/ dick/ etc or try to kill you. But even then.... I do think there's something to be said for being the "bigger person" - acknowledging that someone has badly, or things just didn't work out, and moving on./span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"Why is it so hard for people to accept situations and span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"move on/span??/span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdivspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"br //span/divdiv class="blogger-post-footer"img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5520998225063967110-6077985393106398984?l=oranabutterfly.blogspot.com'//div

I've been meaning to blog about this for the past few weeks but a distinct lack of time has prevented me from throwing this out there:/divdiv/divbr /divWhat is so wrong with taking nude pictures of yourself?/divbr /divI've been asking myself this question for years and I still haven't been able to come up with a decent enough answer to satisfy my liberal conservative mind. To me, the human form is a beautiful creation and in many cases, it looks better within the boundaries of a frame. I assume this is one of the reasons why a number of people take nude pictures of themselves. The act of photography becomes a means of looking at your body as a work of art - the end product of a magical creative process./divdiv /divdiv/divdivWhat element of this act is immoral or shameful? Why is the world so quick to judge the person that takes nude pictures of themself?/divdiv class="blogger-post-footer"img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5520998225063967110-4998438997282232650?l=oranabutterfly.blogspot.com'//div

span style="font-size:85%;"span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"... Is that really the question?/spanbr /br /I had a very interesting conversation this weekend about what are the best ways to keep a relationship strong - how to avoid getting to the point where to you need electrified resuscitation. It was suggested (by a man, I might add) that the best way to keep things 'fresh' was for the couple to be able to see other people.br /br /As a woman, that immediately began to raise warning sirens in my head? What did he mean by 'seeing other people'? For me, that is a sign that the relationship has gone bad and the end is in sight. But after careful consideration I began asking myself whether it was reasonable to expect my boyfriend, for instance, to not come into contact (or meet) with other woman. Not in a sexual way, but in a purely platonic way. Is it impossible for a man to have a strong friendship with another woman and nothing come out of it??br /br /Does our society prevent the possibility of such a relationship just because infidelity is so widespread? Can a healthier outlook on the relationship between men and women friends spur on healthier relationships between men and women in general?br /br /What are your thoughts on platonic relationships between men and women?br /br /Love,br /Chrys.br /xoxobr style="FONT-FAMILY: trebuchet ms"/spandiv class="blogger-post-footer"img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5520998225063967110-6080771712646581091?l=oranabutterfly.blogspot.com'//div

An Isreali art film written and produced by Ari Foleman, is a 2008 animated film that deals with the 1982 Sabra and Shatila massacre. The summary from wikipedia says:
"In 1982 Foleman was a 20 year old infantry soldier in the Israel Defense Forces. In 2006 he meets with a friend from the army service service period, who tells him of the nightmares connected to his experiences from teh 1982 Lebanon War. Foleman is surprised to find to find out that he does not remember a thing from the same period. Later that night he has a vision from the night of the Sabra and Shatila massacre the reality of which he is unable to tell. In his memory he and his soldier friends are bathing at night at the seaside of Beirut to the light of flares descending over the city. Foleman rushes off to meet another friend from his army service, who advises him to discuss it with other people who were in Beirut at the same time to understand what happened there and to relive his own memory. The film follows Foleman in his conversations with friends, a psychologist and the reporter Ron Ben-Yishai who was in Beirut at the same time."

Okay. Maybe I've had too many Cosmopolitans, glasses of rosé, and vodka and apple juice.... but seriously, I am loving Beyoncé's music video, Single Ladies. It summaries everything I believe in... yes: if you like then you should've put a ring on it.
Seriously, too many women stay with their men for way too long, making excuses and being miserable. I consider myself lucky, I'm 24 and I'm already through with that bullshit. If want this, you work for it and you better put a ring on it;-p

A couple of days ago, I had a conversation about why and how women cheat, what it means and why (is it really?) its different from men cheating....
I found
an interesting website on the topic, refreshingly written by a woman. She highlights some good points on how women behave in marriage and talks about a threshold at which women start to over-compensate for their feelings of boredom and general unhappiness.
Expand your mind.

But at some point change will come eventually and it isn't always in the most beneficial form.
So, Crystal, why don't trust yourself and take control?

A whore is only a whore. That said, there are a lot more whores out there than people would think because even though the word, 'whore', implies sexual promiscuity and the selling of sexual favors for financial rewards, doesn't it's definition also include emotional promiscuity as well? Couldn't/ shouldn't the word 'whore' refer to those people who sell their company/ emotions cheaply? If it does, it may mean a lot more

women are guilty of whoring themselves around than we give them credit for.
whore n.
1. A prostitute
2. A person considered sexually promiscuous
3. A person considered having compromised principles for personal gain
intr.v. whored, whoring, whores
1. To associate or have sexual relations with prostitutes or a prostitute
2. To accept payment in exchange for sexual relations
3. To compromise one's principles for personal gain
Whether you admit it or not, every woman engages in a trade of some sort when it comes to sex and/ or her emotions. Whether its for those treasured feelings of desire or being someone's special someone (even if it is for only one night), or even if its for the full blown 'che-bang' of constantly dishing out your affections in the hopes that someone might learn from your example and do the same to/ for you... whatever it is, we're all guilty of it and not only are we guilty of it, its a habit that we indulge in often but then turn around and accuse others (often our enemies:-) of it.
Where did does this come from?
Word History: Derivative of Indo-European roots have often acquired starkly contrasting meanings. A prime example is the case of the root
*k
-, "to like, desire." From it was derived a stem
*k
ro-, from which came the prehistoric Common Germanic word
*h
raz with the underlying meaning "one who desires" and the effective meaning "adulterer." The feminine of this,
*h
r
n-, became
h
re in Old English, the ancestor of Modern English whore. In another branch of the Indo-European family, the same stem
*k
ro- produced the Latin word
c
rus, "dear." This word has several derivatives borrowed into English, including caress, cherish, and charity, in the Christian doctrine the highest form of love and greatest of the theological virtues.

So, no really, where does this need to condemn the more blatant form of a act that most women practice, albeit in a more subtle form? The etymology of the word would suggest that at one point in time, the word whore meant something as innocent as 'desire' or (even dare I say) 'one who desires'. How the first two meanings jump to that of 'adulterer' is beyond me.
Maybe it has something to do with the unwanted repercussions that (more often than not) result from giving oneself out (physically and emotionally) too easily. In essence, I think that is the basic moral issue concerning 'whoredom'. And the opinion that giving bits of yourself out, especially to people that will not value you properly, will damage you, is a friggin' sound argument -- one that I have first had experience with. But all those experiences happened as a single gal... what happens when you're in a committed relationship? Are there boundaries that must not be crossed? Parts of you that you need to keep cherished from your partner? Exactly how much can you give of yourself to one person, without becoming a whore?
I know what you're thinking? What is this girl going on about... but think about it like this. Assume that the word whore is simply defined as a person that 'gives of them self easily' and/ or a person that 'gives of them self to others who do not value them'. This would have implications for couples in relationships where one person completely opens themselves up, so much so that the information 'overload' becomes a constant act of self-less giving. How easy can you be with someone that loves you - and you love back? Is it alright to be your boyfriend's/ husband's whore?
Something to think about...
Love,
Chrys

Where there's a will, there's a way. New, small (not to mention, innovative) cigarette companies have started to produce, electronic cigarettes, that you can actually smoke in pubs, bars, etc -- this is down to the semantics of legislation.
Apparently, the re-useable cigarette filters are fitted with a tube of nicotine and of course a bunch of other, unknown, probably addictive, chemicals (that you buy in bulk) and a small electronic device heats up the concoction and voila! ... you're left inhaling a healthier (they claim) alternative to the vintage paper crap that kills millions every year.

I cant get u out of my mind. I have such explicit fantasies about u. I wanna do u so much.... I fantasize bout doing u in the ass while fingering ur pussy with one hand while i caress ur breasts with the othert and suck ur tongue. It scares me how much i want u yet i cant deny it. I have such vivid dreams about u over n over that I cant help but want u. Im sorry if this seems randomn and is unexpected but its the truth.
...sent at 1am
i fantasize bout spending a night with u. Making u come over n over again. Making u squirt repeatedley. My god sometimes i wake up with such a hard one that all i want is to pound u with it. I loved spreading ur legs wide and up and realli giving it to u and then going as deep as i can as i come in side u. Then i would finger u til u squirt and i have always wanted to start fucking u as u start to squirt from ur pussy and make u have multiple orgasms while i fuck and finger u in turn.
.....sent at 1:06 am
just ur big and puffy nipples are enough to give me such a hard one. U realli knew how to such my dick so well. Im sure u knew that that new years when u almost chocked on my spunk coz i came so hard. I shud have fucked u hard and proper after that. If onli others didnt arrive on the scene after we got there. Im sorry i didnt keep in touch all this time. It was just hard for me to deal with. U have to understand. Just know that no one turns me on the way I fantasize about fucking u. If we had one night together, i would fuck u non stop in so many positions and u would come more times than u ever thought possible. i can never forget the face u make when i bend ur legs by ur head and fuck u as i used to suck and lick ur lips and cum in ur pussy as it cleched my dick. I know that u prefer pussy to dick and that its ur choice, but i will surely make u have the pleasure of ur life if i was ever to spend a night with u. I would fuck u like a stallion and repeatedley, not losing my erection even after coming.
...sent at 1:17
if u were here with me now in perth i would tie u o my bed with ur legs spread and finger u til u squirt then finger ur ass and pussy tiul u squirt then as i fuck ur ass i would finger ur pussy til u come and then make u lie with ur back on me so that i am below u and making u bouce on my cock with ur ass as i finger ur pussy and play with ur big puffy nipples and i such on ur lips which are wide apart gasping for air. And u could scream and make as much noise as u want as we fuck like wild animals.

Like a naughty girl pulling her skirt up in public
I was just surfing the net and came across an episode of Oprah that broke down something I'd written about some time ago: cheating (both before & after it happenes). I've copied the interesting bits below, but you can read the whole article
here.
- "What's the number one reason men cheat? Ninety-two percent of men said it wasn't primarily about the sex. "The majority said it was an emotional disconnection, specifically a sense of feeling underappreciated. A lack of thoughtful gestures," Gary says. "Men are very emotional beings. They just don't look like that. Or they don't seem like that. Or they don't tell you that."
Josh says he cheated on his wife, Jennifer, because he felt underappreciated at home and started feeling insecure. "That insecurity was really the catalyst," he says. "I didn't feel comfortable going to the one person in the world I should be going to, which is my wife."
With daily worries like bills, children and chores, Gary says it's easy for couples to drift away from appreciating one another like they should. Gary says the other woman often makes the man feel better about himself. "[She] makes them feel different. Makes them feel appreciated, admired," he says. "Men look strong, look powerful and capable. But on the inside, they're insecure like everybody else. They're searching and looking for somebody to build them up to make them feel valued."
- Brian and Anne say they never thought they would have to deal with an affair in their marriage. Anne says Brian was never gone in the evenings, they were emotionally connected, and they had sex every night. Yet Brian was secretly having an affair on his lunch hour at work.
"I was always under the belief that affairs happened to people in either bad marriages or where there's no sex going on. And because we had both of those things, I was really unaware of how easily I could slip into an affair," Brian says.
Brian says he started having his affair with a person who at first was just a friend. "And then you develop some sort of a connection with them through some sort of common interest," he says. "I didn't choose to go have an affair. It just sort of happened."
Gary says Brian is right that most men meet the person they have an affair with in one of two places—at work or through a hobby. "It begins as an emotional relationship. There's a friendship that develops. It's not just looking for the sex," Gary says. "We all have this picture of cheaters as the bad guys. They're horrible, rotten, not nice. No, they can be nice people who get lost, who do the wrong thing—and they can be your husband."
- In his research as a marriage counselor and for The Truth About Cheating, Gary says he found several signs that a husband is cheating:
He spends more time away from the house.
You have less sex.
He avoids contact.
He does not answer his cell phone.
He criticizes you more.
"Not only are these the signs that he's cheating," Gary says, "but they're the same signs for when he is about to cheat—because I'm very interested in prevention. So if he's starting to do that, either he's cheating or you should bring it up because he might be about to cheat. It's a precursor."Gary says another precursor to a man's cheating is when he suddenly cannot stop talking about another woman. "So many women, when they find out their husbands cheat, they know right away who he's been cheating with because he's been talking about her," Gary says. "He's been talking about lunch and the project and they're building things together, whatever. They're doing all kinds of stuff together."
-The questions to avoid are those that focus on specifics. A cheated-on woman should absolutely not ask: Did you tell her the same things you told me? Was she better at sex than me? What color underwear did she wear?"
It's very hard to get further past that when you have all that information," Gary says. "And here's the bottom line that a woman has to understand if you're going forward in this relationship and he's confessing and he's remorseful, and that is he was was screwed up before. He made a mistake. He knows that. … But right now he's saying, 'I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I really messed up.'"
.... yeah, pretty grim stuff. But here's a place to find an article to make you feel better:-)

Necole Bitchie.com is reporting that the revolutionary 'girl' (is that even politically correct??) group, En Vogue, is back together and hopefully will be in the recording studio soon... Can't wait. Below is a clip serving as a reminder of how hard life can be - even for the talented.

I only hope Ghanaians are smart enough to start their own 'brain gain'. Nigeria has had oil for decades, but the increasing political stability is making it easier for Nigerians to come home.
Ghanaians have political stability and now we've found oil. Let's pray, we make the connection sooner rather than later. I totally understand how hard it is to hustle in the 3rd world -- the need for connections/ networking and the perpetual state of 'brokeness' (as opposed to 'brokenness') -- and I totally understand how smart it is to work where there's well-paid work. However, it is a situation where there will be no gains without sacrifice. It took American over 100 years of the Wild Wild West, before they even started to see the semblance of the America we know today. Luckily for us, we're half-way there...
We need all of our bright young minds to build our better Ghana.
Love,
Chrys
